Conditions

1. Age Requirements:
Renters must be at least 21 years old.

2. Driver's License:
Heli Cars requires that renters have an international or European driver's license, held at least for one year.

3. Minimum Rental:
One day (24 hours). Every additional hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

4. Traffic Fines:
Any traffic violations and expenses accumulated during the rental period, must be reported and settled by the client.

5. Tires and Wheels:
Any damage to the tires, the wheels, or the underside of the car is not covered by any insurance policy and is the responsibility of the renter.

6. Gasoline
The renter receives the vehicle with a full tank and in good order and condition. Gasoline is the responsibility of the renter, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank.

7. Delivery and Collection to/from:
Porto Heli, Heli Cars office: Free of charge. Delivery and collection to/from your Hotel in Porto Heli, Ermioni, Kosta, Kranidi, Kilada, or from Airport Athens are possible. Please ask for details.

8. Islands and outside the Greek Border
Renters who wish to drive the car out of Greece or to the Greek Islands must have written permission from Heli Cars.

9. Terms and conditions of the rental agreement
Full terms and conditions are written on the rental agreement form in Greek and English language which the renter signs at the beginning of the car rental period.

10. Payment
can be made in cash (Euro), credit cards, or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.
